Shining Stars Children’s Center, (License # 121373676) is operated by Changing Tides Family Services. The program serves children from age 2 years to age 5 years. The center is located at 110 W. Sonoma, Eureka. Shining Stars Children's Center is open 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Shining Stars Children's Center offers subsidized child care for eligible families.
Free nutritious meals are provided. Shining Stars Children's Center offers a full range of activities to support each child's physical, emotional, social, artistic and intellectual growth.
