Welcome to the Changing Tides Family Services website! Since 1975, Changing Tides Family Services, formerly Humboldt Child Care Council, has provided high quality child care and family resources. Each day, Changing Tides Family Services makes it possible for thousands of families and individuals to maintain or increase their incomes, to keep family members living in the home or community, and to enhance their physical, emotional, or developmental well-being. Changing Tides Family Services continually strives to provide a wide range of services that support children, youth, and families—whether the need is for high quality child care, financial help with the costs of child care, mental health services, respite care, or intensive support to families with developmentally disabled individuals.
